Orders for products supplied by PAD Promotional Products (PAD) are subject to our terms and conditions of order.

Prices & Availability

Prices are subject to change without notice. In the event of a price changing after you have placed your order but before the item is shipped we will contact you to advise of any changes before proceeding.

All images on our website are for reference only. The product you receive may vary from the actual image but will be compatible.

Whereas every effort is made to ensure the integrity and validity of the data displayed, there are occasions where errors may occur. Therefore, PAD reserve the right to make alterations without notice to any part of the website, stock holdings and prices displayed.

PAD does not guarantee product availability beyond current stock holdings.

Our Products

Please note that all of our products are non original items unless otherwise stated by the words genuine or original. This does not affect our guarantee which covers all products against breakdown for the duration of 1 year. If an item does breakdown within 12 months of placing the order please return to us using the returns procedure stated below. Your statutory rights are not affected.


If you wish to return an item, please provide a note outlining your reasons for the return and send the product with all warranty cards, manuals etc. in the original box to:

PAD does not compensate for any costs incurred in returning items.

If you are returning an item because of an error by us or because your product is faulty, we are more than happy to refund the original delivery cost and any reasonable costs incurred by you in returning the item/s to us. In all other circumstances, you will be solely responsible for these charges and any other service charges involved in your original order (i.e gift wrapping, postage and packing).

Products Damaged On Arrival or Faulty

We will immediately replace any damaged products provided that we are notified within 7 days of your receipt of the goods. If we cannot replace the defective item we will offer an alternative or refund you in full. We will also refund your postage cost in returning the product to us if necessary.
